ExtWiz Terms of Service & Marketplace Poster License

Draft effective date: October 26, 2026 · Legal review required before publication as a binding contract.

1. Service and acceptance

ExtWiz provides Marketplace Poster, an independent browser extension that assists with transferring vehicle listing details from supported dealership websites to Facebook Marketplace for manual review and publication. These Terms are intended to govern use once properly presented and affirmatively accepted through a documented checkout or account-creation process. Merely visiting this page does not establish acceptance.

2. Eligibility and dealership authorization

You represent that you are authorized to act for the dealership, access its inventory records and use the applicable vehicle data and media. The extension may be used only for lawful, authorized commercial purposes. You remain responsible for your employees' use and for complying with relevant platform terms and laws.

3. Listing accuracy and human review

Imported vehicle prices, availability, odometer readings, condition, features, descriptions and photographs may be inaccurate, outdated, incomplete or mismatched. ExtWiz does not verify inventory, warranties, ownership, rights to photographs or compliance with advertising law. Before publication, the dealership and publishing employee must verify and correct every listing, obtain necessary permissions and manually approve publishing. The extension does not automatically publish listings.

4. Third-party platforms and intellectual property

Marketplace Poster is independently developed and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by DealerCarSearch, Meta or Facebook. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners. Third-party services can change, restrict access or discontinue features without notice. You must comply with their contracts, access restrictions and acceptable-use terms. You retain rights to content you are authorized to use; you grant ExtWiz only the permissions needed to provide the requested functionality.

5. Limited license and restrictions

Subject to payment, applicable subscription limits and these Terms, ExtWiz grants your dealership a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable and revocable license to use Marketplace Poster for its internal operations. You may not resell, sublicense, circumvent access controls, automate unauthorized publication, interfere with third-party services or use content without permission. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

6. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation and refunds

Plans, billing intervals, applicable trial duration and prices are shown before purchase. Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription. Review the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy for billing details; applicable consumer or business rights prevail where required by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, COMPATIBILITY, ACCURACY OR PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULTS. THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXTWIZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS OR REPUTATIONAL HARM. SUBJECT TO NON-EXCLUDABLE LIABILITIES, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID TO EXTWIZ FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT REQUIRES LEGAL REVIEW FOR ENFORCEABILITY IN RELEVANT JURISDICTIONS.

9. Responsibility for third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law and subject to a final agreement reviewed by counsel, business customers are responsible for claims arising from unauthorized content they provide, inaccurate listings they publish or their violations of third-party rights or applicable law. Any duty to defend or indemnify must be specifically agreed and cannot override non-waivable rights.

10. Suspension, changes and support

ExtWiz may suspend access for fraud, security threats, legal violations or material misuse, subject to applicable law and contract rights. Material terms and subscription changes should be communicated in advance when required. Contact support@extwiz.com for support or disputes.

11. Privacy and disputes

See the Privacy Policy. Governing law, venue, arbitration, class action provisions and any mandatory notices must be finalized by qualified counsel based on the seller's actual legal entity and customers; no arbitration agreement is imposed by this draft.

Important: Have counsel approve these Terms and implement recorded affirmative acceptance in the actual subscription flow before representing this as an enforceable clickwrap agreement.
