SUPPORT & ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

Answers about Marketplace Poster, supported dealerships, billing and preparing Facebook Marketplace listings.

What does Marketplace Poster do?

It imports vehicle details from compatible dealership pages and helps prepare a Facebook Marketplace vehicle listing. You review and publish the final listing.

Is Marketplace Poster an official DealerCarSearch or Facebook product?

No. Marketplace Poster is developed by ExtWiz independently and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by DealerCarSearch, Meta or Facebook.

What dealerships are supported?

The current edition focuses on compatible DealerCarSearch-powered vehicle detail pages. Compatibility varies by dealership website and may change as those sites change.

Does it post listings automatically?

No. It helps populate the listing form, but you must inspect the information and choose whether to publish.

Do I need a Facebook account?

Yes. Each salesperson uses their own authorized Facebook account and remains responsible for their account and listings.

Can I select or remove photos and fields?

Yes. Review the imported fields and select suitable vehicle images before preparing the listing. Some sites or browser versions may limit transfers.

How do trials and subscriptions work?

Trial activation and subscription checkout start inside the Chrome extension. ExtWiz checks access for the supported dealership domain; payments are processed by Stripe. Available plans and trial eligibility are shown in the extension.

Do employees need individual subscriptions?

The extension can recognize dealership-domain access for eligible users. Actual entitlement depends on the active plan and supported dealership domain.

Where do I manage billing?

Use Log in / Manage subscription in the extension to access supported subscription management and billing features. ExtWiz is the billing provider.

Why is my vehicle not detected?

Confirm that you are on a supported dealership vehicle detail page. Try refreshing, reopening the extension, or entering the vehicle URL manually. Contact support if the problem continues.

Does ExtWiz guarantee that Facebook will accept my listing?

No. Marketplace policies and account restrictions are controlled by Meta. Users must follow the current platform rules, and posting or account access cannot be guaranteed.

How can I contact support?

Visit the Contact page or email support@extwiz.com. Never send account passwords or payment-card details.
