How to Prepare DealerCarSearch Vehicle Listings for Facebook Marketplace
A practical guide for dealerships using DealerCarSearch: check supported vehicle pages, review imported data and photos, and publish Marketplace listings manually.
Start from a real vehicle detail page
Open a current, individual vehicle page on your DealerCarSearch dealership website. Do not start from a search page, homepage or third-party listing. Confirm that the vehicle is still available and approved for advertising.
Check that your site is supported
Dealership websites vary by template, plugins, image galleries and configuration. ExtWiz recognizes supported DealerCarSearch site patterns, but recognition does not guarantee that a particular vehicle imports correctly. Check your specific domain using the compatibility checker.
Import and verify vehicle details
On a supported page, open the ExtWiz Marketplace Poster browser extension and review the information it identifies. Compare year, make, model, trim, asking price, mileage and other available fields against your dealership record. Correct any missing or outdated information.
Review photographs one by one
Use actual, authorized photos of the vehicle. Check that the selected pictures are for the correct stock number, that there are no duplicates, and that image counts and formats meet the current destination requirements. Some dealer gallery configurations may require additional selection or may not be supported.
Finish the listing yourself
Open the prepared Facebook Marketplace workflow, verify the preview, and complete the final posting action manually. Facebook account eligibility, listing rules and posting limits still apply. This tool does not guarantee publication or leads.
